Jobber Pricing in 2026: What It Actually Costs (With Per-User Math)
Jobber lists 4 plans on their pricing page. The numbers look straightforward. They're not.
Once you add per-user fees, required tier upgrades for basic features, and marketing add-ons, your monthly bill can be 2-4x the sticker price. This isn't a knock on Jobber — they build solid software. But their pricing page doesn't show you the full picture, so we will.
Here's what Jobber actually costs in 2026, at every team size, with the math shown.
Jobber's 4 Plans (Published Prices)
As of February 2026, Jobber offers these plans:
| Plan | Monthly Price | Users Included | Key Features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $39/mo | 1 | Basic scheduling, invoicing, CRM, mobile app |
| Connect | $119/mo | Up to 5 | + Automated follow-ups, job forms, GPS tracking, QuickBooks sync |
| Grow | $199/mo | Up to 5 | + Job costing, quote follow-ups, automated emails, line item images |
| Plus | $599/mo | Up to 15 | + Advanced reporting, two-way SMS, dedicated support |

What the Pricing Page Doesn't Emphasize
Per-User Fees
Every plan has a user limit. Go over, and you pay $29/month per additional user.
- Core: 1 user included. Your second person costs $29/mo extra.
- Connect: Up to 5 users. User 6 is $29/mo extra.
- Grow: Up to 5 users. Same — $29/mo per extra user.
- Plus: Up to 15 users. After 15, $29/mo each.
If you're a solo operator on Core, this doesn't matter. But the moment you hire — even a part-time office person who needs to see the schedule — you're paying more.
Feature-Driven Tier Jumps
Some features that feel basic are locked behind higher tiers:
- GPS tracking: Not on Core. Requires Connect ($119/mo) or higher.
- QuickBooks/Xero sync: Not on Core. Requires Connect.
- Job costing: Not on Core or Connect. Requires Grow ($199/mo).
- Two-way texting: Not on Core, Connect, or Grow. Requires Plus ($599/mo).
- Automated emails: Requires Grow ($199/mo).
So if you need QuickBooks sync and GPS for your crew of 3, you're not on the $39/mo plan. You're on Connect at $119/mo minimum.
Marketing Add-Ons
Jobber offers a Marketing Suite as a separate add-on:
- Reviews & Referrals: $79/mo on top of your plan
- Full marketing add-on with campaigns: Pricing varies
These are not included in any plan tier. They're extra.
The Real Monthly Cost by Team Size
Here's the math for the most common scenario: a growing contractor on Connect (the most popular plan for shops with a crew).
Jobber Connect — Real Cost
| Team Size | Base Plan | Per-User Overage | Marketing Add-On | Real Monthly Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $119 | $0 | — | $119 |
| 3 users | $119 | $0 (under limit) | — | $119 |
| 5 users | $119 | $0 (at limit) | — | $119 |
| 7 users | $119 | $58 (2 extra) | — | $177 |
| 10 users | $119 | $145 (5 extra) | — | $264 |
| 10 users + marketing | $119 | $145 | $79 | $343 |
| 15 users | $119 | $290 (10 extra) | — | $409 |
| 15 users + marketing | $119 | $290 | $79 | $488 |
At 15 users with marketing, you're paying $488/month. That's more than 4x the advertised $119.
What Jobber Does Well
Credit where it's due. Jobber is popular for reasons:
- Clean mobile app. Their tech-facing app is well-designed. Crews actually use it.
- Established integrations. QuickBooks, Stripe, Mailchimp — they connect to what you already use.
- Job forms and checklists. Useful for standardizing what techs do on-site.
- Brand recognition. They've been around since 2011. Your accountant has probably heard of them.
- Client hub. Customers can approve quotes and pay online.
If you're a solo operator who needs basic scheduling and invoicing and won't add users, Jobber Core at $39/mo is genuinely a reasonable option.
Where the Math Stops Working
The per-user model breaks down when:
- You're growing past 5 people. Every hire increases your software cost $29/mo ($348/year). At 10 users on Connect, you're paying $264/mo — and you haven't touched marketing tools yet.
- You need marketing features. Jobber's marketing add-on costs $79+/mo extra. It doesn't include Google Ads management, call tracking tied to ad spend, or ROI dashboards.
- You want predictable costs. With per-user pricing, your software bill changes every time you hire or let someone go. Hard to budget around.
The Flat-Rate Alternative
Full disclosure: we built FieldKit specifically because of this pricing problem.
| Jobber Connect (10 users + marketing) | FieldKit Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $343/mo | $198/mo |
| Users included | 5 (+ $29 each after) | Unlimited |
| CRM + scheduling + invoicing | Yes | Yes |
| GPS tracking | Yes | Coming soon |
| Marketing automation | Add-on ($79/mo, limited) | Included (Google Ads, Meta, GLSA, AI campaigns) |
| Call tracking | No | Included |
| ROI dashboard | No | Included |
| Annual cost | $4,116 | $2,376 |
Savings: $1,740/year. And that gap widens every time you hire.
We're not right for everyone. If you need GPS tracking today, Jobber has it and we don't yet. If you're a solo operator who never plans to hire, Jobber Core is cheaper than FieldKit. We're honest about that.
But if you're a 3-15 person shop that wants FSM + marketing in one bill with no per-user fees? Run the numbers yourself →
How to Switch From Jobber to FieldKit
If you decide to make the move:
- Export your data. Jobber lets you export customer lists and job history as CSV.
- Import into FieldKit. We have a CSV importer that maps your fields automatically.
- Set up your team. Add every user — no cost impact. They'll have full access from day one.
- Run both side by side for a week. Use FieldKit's 14-day free trial to verify everything works before you cancel Jobber.
Most shops complete the switch in a day. The trial is free, no credit card required.
